Waste Tire Collection Event April 4th-6th at the Leitchfield Transfer Station

Grayson Co. in coordination with Division of Waste Management will sponsor this event to allow Grayson Co. citizen the opportunity to dispose of old tires at no fee.  Please take advantage of this event.  Any KY resident can take advantage of this event except tire dealers.  Please only leave tires at open times of Friday and Saturday,  April 4th and 5th from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Saturday, April 6th from 8:00 a.m. – Noon.  Tires excepted include: tires on and off rims, including farm implement, bicycle tires, go-cart, ATV, tractor, truck and passenger vehicles.  Tires not accepted include: large OTR, tracks, sheet rubber, solid, calcium or otherwise filled, or any other tire with a bead greater than 1 3/4 inches.
