Get your canning equipment ready by having your pressure canner lid tested every year to insure that your food is canned safely and properly. The Grayson County Extension Office provides this service free of charge to the community. You should call the office at (270) 259-3492 to set up an appointment, and bring your canner lid with gauge to their office at 123 Commerce Drive in Leitchfield.
