There will be a special called meeting of the Grayson County School Board of Education on Wednesday, May 30th at 6:05 p.m. at the central office, 790 Shaw Station Road, Leitchfield.

The purpose of the meeting is for the Board of Education to consider the following items of business:

Approval of H.W. Wilkey Elementary School & Oran P. Lawler Elementary School re-roofing projects to be presented, discuss bid proposals, present Blotfelter-Samokar bid recommendation, request a board motion to accept the bid and award the contract to the contractor, request a board motion to approve owner-GC Contract, pending KDE approval, and request a board motion to approve the revised BG-1, reconciled with the bids.

Authorizing a contract, rent and lease, with the Grayson County School District Finance Corporation, and approve all other documents in connection with the proposed GC District Finance Corporation Series of 2018 bond issue.
