The Grayson County Farmer’s Market would like to invite you to their opening day on Saturday, May 29th beginning at 7:00 a.m. at their NEW location! The Farmer’s Market is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the Grayson County Extension Office new location at 64 Quarry Road in Leitchfield.
This great, new location is very visible from Highway 62 and there is plenty of space. Farmer’s Market fees have been waived this year, and this provides a unique selling opportunity that we have never been able to bring to the county before.
As a result, we have many new vendors, not only selling fresh vegetables and fruits, but also handmade items including wooden signs & plant holders, goat’s milk soaps, farm eggs, locally produced meat, and more! We expect the market to continue to grow as people learn of our new location and of the extended products!
If you’ve been interested in selling at the Farmer’s Market, we would love to have you with us this selling season! The Market is open from May through October from 7:00 a.m. to sell out, which is generally by noon.
