Anticipated Timeline!!!!
September 10th, 2021 – Inclement weather location: GCHS Common’s Area.

3:30 pm – UTC: Tailgate Area Set-Up: Behind the scoreboard on the east end zone side. Normal tailgate procedures with canopies, grills, food, coolers, tables, chairs, and games, are welcomed & encouraged! Roads and walkways in and around the area cannot be blocked or occupied in any way. Due to this event being on school grounds, this is an alcohol and tobacco-free event.
4:15 pm – UTC: Food, Fun, & Controlled Chaos: Opening remarks & then music, food, games, door prizes, laughter, tears, traditions, memories, friendships, & school pride! This is a “Bring Your Own Tailgate” event with a little bit of a “potluck” approach!!
5:00 – 6:30 pm: “If These Walls Could Talk Tour”: Access to GCHS to walk the halls, visit old classrooms, and reminisce about the good times! GCHS Backdrop provided for photo opportunities. No “souvenirs” are to be removed from any location and all “off-limit” areas are to be respected. Alumni must depart the building by 6:15 pm.
6:45 pm: Alumni National Anthem: Organized group formation in east end zone for National Anthem.
7:00 pm: Kickoff: Tailgate can continue but asked not to disrupt or interrupt the game or Homecoming activities.
7:15 pm: Team Recognition: 1974 Team (First!); 1978 Team (First Winning Record); 1982 (Final Four)
9:00 pm: Clean-Up: Leave the area in better condition than when we came
