The Grayson County Extension Office will host a class series to be held the first Thursday of each month throughout the 2018 year. The series will feature a new recipe each month from the University of Kentucky’s 2018 Food and Nutrition Calendar. Each recipe is geared toward nutrition, and healthier versions of well balanced meals. Also included are menu ideas to compliment the featured dish, as well as wellness tips and activity ideas. Robin Felix, Grayson County Nutrition Education Program Assistant and SNAP-Ed Educator, will be the instructor of the class series. She will prepare each featured recipe for you to sample, and discuss nutrition, meal planning ideas, shopping tips, and many other topics. You will receive a copy of the 2018 Food and Nutrition Calendar, and a free gift for every session that you attend! Advanced registration is required for this series by calling the Extension Office at 270- 259-3492. Invite a friend!
