The Grayson County Extension Office will host a series of cooking socials as part of the “Cook Together Eat Together” program at their office starting in November. The classes will be held from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. and taught by Natalie Taul, Family & Consumer Sciences Agent. The class dates will be held on the following schedule:

2020 Dates:      January 21st         February 18th

You will have the opportunity to cook with your kids (ages 5-18), get tips that make cooking fast, fun and delicious while learning how to make healthy and affordable recipes.  You will also receive recipes to make vegetables “taste as good as a French fry” along with special tips on family meals, leftovers and “less mess” cooking.  You will have the opportunity to share shopping tips for buying healthy food on a budget and get the scoop on shopping at farmer’s markets.  Space is limited!  You must sign up to participate.  You can sign up for one class or all of them.  For more information or to sign up for the series, please call the Grayson County Extension Office at (270) 259-3492.  You should park in the back of the building and enter in the West entrance door.
