A Home for the Holidays public silent auction will be held Friday, Dec. 8th starting at 6pm at 2244 Lilac Rd. in Leitchfield. Charity Auction attendees will be treated to free coffee, hot cocoa, and holiday treat samples during bidding. Funds raised will assist active Grayson County volunteers that have applied for medical financial assistance to help recover at home during the holidays. Applications remain available via e-mail at sarabaileydesign@yahoo.com and are due by noon Dec.8th. Additional individuals and businesses are sought for donations of holiday decor, gift baskets, certificates, and/or to provide decorated Christmas trees through Thursday, Dec. 7th. Donations may be delivered from 10am-4pm or request pick up by messaging 270-246-2543.
