Join in as a spectator on Saturday, March 16th at 9:00 a.m. for the ceremonial filling of Rough River Lake as the Army Corps of Engineers will begin filling the lake for summer pool.  Attendees will learn about the missions of Rough River, and will receive a tour of the water control tower.
