
Human remains have been found in central Kentucky.
Kentucky State Police said that while investigating a missing person case, troopers discovered skeletal remains in a wooded area along Sulphur Well Road (Hwy 39) in Jessamine County.
Police said the remains were recovered by the Jessamine County Coroner’s Office and will be transported to the state Medical Examiner’s Office in Frankfort for identification.
The investigation is being led by KSP Det. Storm Stevens.
