A teenager has been charged with attempted murder after trying to kill a co-worker.
The incident took place last week at Goose Creek Candle Company on Campbellsville Street in Liberty in Casey County. The Liberty Police Department told news outlets that a 17-year-old worker approached a co-worker and “unprovoked,” slit the victim’s throat.
The victim was airlifted to the University of Kentucky Medical Center where the person is listed in stable condition.
