Donald Lee Bratcher, age 81, of Caneyville, KY, passed away Monday, (February 17, 2025) at his residence. He was born on July 15, 1943 in Caneyville, KY, the son of the late Clinton Bratcher and Lillie Hayes Casey.
He retired from Escue Wood Preserving, working as a loader. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his sons, Danny Bratcher (Charlotte) of Caneyville, and Norman Bratcher (Tammy) of Falls of Rough; five grandchildren, Dana, Teena, Tamara, Natcher, and Daniel; four great-grandchildren, Lucas, Allie, Myles, and Ciara; three sisters, Shirley Dockery of Horse Branch, Eleanor
Beasley of Horse Branch, and Doris Renfrow of Dundee; and several nieces and nephews.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Edna, Bonnie, Betty, and Jean; and four brothers, Billy, Charles, Raymond, and Damon.
Graveside services with burial to follow will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, (February 24, 2025) at the McCandless Cemetery. Bro. Steve Mahurin will be officiating.
