A man has died in a fall at a trailer washing business.
The incident occurred Thursday afternoon just after 2:00 in the 1300 block of East Main Street in Louisville at Louisville Trailer Wash, which provides trailer washouts for livestock haulers, when a man “fell into a container” and hit his head, according to multiple media reports.
When Louisville firefighters arrived, they conducted “a confined space rescue operation,” fire officials told WDRB.com, beginning at about 2:31 p.m. The man was removed from the container a few minutes before 3:00 p.m. and transported to University of Louisville Hospital where he died.
The Louisville Metro Police Department is conducting a death investigation. No other information has been released.
