A man wanted on over 20 counts of animal cruelty and theft has been arrested in Hopkins County.
Kentucky State Police arrested 30-year-old Tyler J. Morgan, of Nebo, on Thursday night on warrants issued out of Hopkins, Caldwell, Webster, and Union counties as well as Vanderburgh County in Indiana.
The warrants accuse Morgan of 25 counts of second-degree cruelty to animals, three counts of theft by failure to make required disposition of property, first-degree unlawful access to a computer, and fleeing or evading police.
A Vanderburgh County, Indiana, warrant accuses the suspect of fraud/theft of value of property, according to state police.
He was lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center.
