Two people have died after a vehicle crossed the center line near Scottsville.

Kentucky State Police said troopers responded to the accident Tuesday afternoon at approximately 1:40 on New Glasgow Road (Hwy 31-E) in Allen County.

The state police investigation showed that a 2002 Chevrolet pickup, being driven by 77-year-old Roger Tooley, of Scottsville, was traveling south on New Glasgow Road when the truck crossed the center line and struck a 2013 Kia Optima, being driven by 40-year-old Amanda Robledo, of Scottsville.

Tooley’s wife and passenger, 81-year-old Rebecca B. Tooley, of Scottsville, was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Allen County Coroner’s Office.

Roger Tooley and Robledo were airlifted to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, where Robledo later succumbed to her injuries.

Detective Bo Hubbard is leading the investigation.
