Morgantown company donates $8k to Butler Co. High School

A Morgantown company, Delta Faucet Co., has donated $8,000 to Butler County High School to assist students enroll in dual credit courses at Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKYCTC).

“This initiative aims to empower students while addressing the increasing demand for skilled technicians in the region,” SKYCTC said.

Dual credit courses offer high school students the unique opportunity to earn both high school and college credits by taking college-level courses at SKYCTC. This not only accelerates students’ academic paths but also helps reduce the overall cost of obtaining a college degree, according to SKYCTC.
