A Grayson County felon has been indicted on a felony drug charge.
Phillip Heflin, 70, of Clarkson, who, according to the Kentucky Department of Corrections, was convicted in Grayson County in November 2022 for possession of methamphetamine, was indicted on the same charge earlier this month in Hardin County.
The Grayson County conviction came after he was arrested in October 2022, while the Hardin County indictment stems from his arrest on January 2 of this year.
He was additionally indicted in Hardin County for possession of drug paraphernalia and improper display of a registration plate, according to The News-Enterprise.
Heflin is on probation until December 2025.
