Man just out of prison served with Grayson Co. drug trafficking warrant issued in Dec. 2022

A man has been jailed in Grayson County on an indictment warrant, accusing him of drug trafficking, that was issued in December 2022.

Tommie R. Humphrey, 46, of Vine Grove (Hardin Co.), was jailed on an indictment warrant charging him with trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), trafficking in marijuana, first-degree persistent felony offender, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The warrant, according to the arrest citation, was issued on December 12, 2022, and signed by Judge Kenneth H. Goff II.

Humphrey, in May 2015, was convicted in Meade County for trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine) with a second-degree persistent felony offender enhancement, according to the Kentucky Department of Corrections (KDC). He was sentenced to 18 years in prison.

His parole supervision date, according to the KDC, began on February 26, 2024, the same date he was lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center, according to the jail’s website.
