A Grayson County man has been accused of having a sexual relationship with a juvenile.
Kentucky State Police arrested 50-year-old William “Scott” Carter, of Millwood, following an investigation.
According to the arrest citation, Carter, under questioning, “disclosed information that he had sexual intercourse with a juvenile victim.”
Carter additionally told police that “they had sexual relations since July 2023,” the citation states.
The suspect was charged with first-degree sexual abuse and third-degree rape and lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center.
