Police are looking for a suspected major drug dealer after law enforcement seized nearly 20 pounds of methamphetamine, over 10 pounds of cocaine and 6,000 fentanyl tablets.
The Bowling Green – Warren County Drug Task Force with assistance from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky State Police on Thursday served a search warrant at a home on Walnut Creek Court in Bowling Green. The service of the warrant followed the suspect fleeing an “investigative traffic stop,” according to police.
During a search of the residence, police discovered 18 pounds of methamphetamine, 6,000 fentanyl pills, 11 pounds of cocaine, three pounds of marijuana, nearly a pound of ecstasy, four handguns (one stolen from Logan County), and over $300,000 in cash.
Police are now searching for the suspect, 39-year-old Joshua O. Duncan, of Bowling Green, who may be armed. Duncan stands five feet, eight inches tall and weighs about 250 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
“The accused is believed to be in the South-Central Kentucky or Northern Tennessee area,” authorities said.
He faces multiple charges, including three counts of aggravated trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl), possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of a stolen firearm, and trafficking in marijuana.
Anyone with information on Duncan’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Bowling Green – Warren County Drug Task Force at 270-843-5343, or the Warren County Sheriff’s Office at 270-842-1633.
