A northern Kentucky man accused of being a serial rapist is facing additional sex-related charges.

Paul D. Snow Jr., 42, of Verona (Gallatin Co.), was originally arrested on April 22, 2023, and charged with multiple counts of first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, kidnapping (with serious physical injury), unlawful imprisonment, first-degree strangulation, and second- and fourth-degree assault among other felony counts.

On Thursday, according to multiple northern Kentucky news outlets, the Kenton County Police Department announced that Snow faces five new counts of first-degree rape, eight counts of first-degree sodomy, five counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, two counts of human trafficking, kidnapping, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Police said the new charges arose after several more female victims came forward following Snow’s arrest in April 2023.

Snow is lodged in the Carroll County Detention Center on a $1 million bond.
