A Clarkson man arrested at least a dozen times since July 2019 has been accused of threatening to kill a female family member.

On Wednesday morning at approximately 8:50, Grayson County Sheriff Norman Chaffins, Chief Deputy Sonny Poteet and Sgt. Jason Luedke responded to a residence in the 6500 block of Peonia Road “regarding a domestic complaint,” according to the arrest citation.

The citation further states that 28-year-old Aaron White allegedly threatened to kill a family member at the residence “by telling her that he was going to slit her throat with a knife.” White is also accused of getting “into her face and yelling at her.”

“This,” the citation says, “has been an ongoing issue.”

White was arrested and charged with third-degree terroristic threatening and fourth-degree assault (domestic violence). He was lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center.

According to online records, this is hardly White’s first run-in with law enforcement, as he has been arrested at least 11 other times (on 18 total charges) over the last four-and-a-half-years for fourth-degree assault, resisting arrest, third-degree terroristic threatening, fleeing or evading police (on foot), first-degree criminal trespass, public intoxication (controlled substance), third-degree criminal mischief, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
