A man has been accused of having a sexual relationship with a juvenile.
Kentucky State Police arrested 69-year-old David R. Love, of Radcliff, on Thursday and charged him with second-degree rape (no force), second-degree sodomy (no force) and tampering with physical evidence.
Love, during an interview with police, admitted he had a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl who turned 14-year-old during the illicit relationship, according to a report by The News-Enterprise. The alleged relationship began in October 2023.
Love also told police he had child pornography on an electronic device but that he deleted the evidence.
Love was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center but has since been released after posting a partially secured $25,000 bond.
