Timothy L. “Red” Mudd, age 58, of Caneyville, KY, passed away Sunday, 2 5r (November 26, 2023) at Norton’s Hospital in Louisville, KY.
He was born on March 04, 1965, in Grayson County, KY, the son of the late Louis and Joyce Mudd.
A loving father and brother, Timmy enjoyed talking on his CB radio and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by four sons, J.C. Gaither (Ashley), Kary Mudd, Darrin Decker, & Anthony Mudd; a daughter, HeavenLee Casey; 11 grandchildren with two being especially close, Raeleigh & Talon Decker; a brother, Roy S. Mudd; three sisters, Fonda Brooks (Tim), Pamela Hayes (Ronnie) & Vera Bryant (Norman); and a very special friend, Kimberly Mudd. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, (December 02, 2023) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Pleasant Union “Wilson” Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services.
