A car has struck a residence in Hopkins County.
The Greenville Fire Department said crews were dispatched Saturday afternoon to the 3500 block of Hwy 181 in Nebo. Upon arriving at the scene, first responders found that car being driven by an adult male crashed into a carport and then a home.
The driver was transported to Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital with unknown injuries, the fire department said.
No other injuries were reported.
A fire department crew worked with a towing company and utility technicians to remove the vehicle from under the carport. The home also underwent a structural inspection.
