An eastern Kentucky woman is facing several felony charges after setting her husband’s truck on fire.
The Middlesboro Police Department arrested 36-year-old Kendra Baker, of Middlesboro, Tuesday morning and charged her with first- and second-degree arson and six counts of first-degree wanton endangerment.
The Middlesboro PD told WYMT.com that Baker set fire to her husband’s truck after being told she would be served with divorce papers.
The truck was parked only feet from the couple’s home with six people inside. Police said Baker could be heard saying she hoped all six people inside the residence would burn down with the house.
She was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
