Police are looking for a man who shot a woman multiple times and then dropped her off at a hospital.

Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones said that 44-year-old Natosha Robinson, of Somerset, was taken to Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Robinson was later transported to the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center.

Jones said an investigation by the Somerset Police Department determined Robinson was shot at a residence on Normandy Lane and that the shooting suspect was 48-year-old Sonny L. Powell, of Somerset.

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office has obtained an arrest warrant for Powell. His location is not known at this time, Jones said.

Police said Powell is a white male standing five feet, 10 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair. The suspect is thought to be driving a black, 1997 Jeep Cherokee bearing license plate 979-PYW.

No photograph of the suspect was provided.
