A Golden Alert has been issued for an elderly Somerset man with Alzheimer’s disease.
Kentucky State Police is requesting the public’s help locating 78-year-old Claude “Butch” Klebba. He was last seen at his home Wednesday evening at approximately 6:30.
Klebba stands five feet, nine inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds. He has gray hair. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and blue sweatpants.
Klebba left his home driving a black 2014 Ford F-150 truck bearing license plate number A6L-136.
Anyone with information on Claude Klebba’s location is asked to contact Kentucky State Police at 606-878-6622 or 1-800-222-5555.
