The fugitive wanted in Indiana for violating his probation on kidnapping and other violence-related convictions has been arrested in Hardin County.

On Tuesday morning, Kentucky State Police arrested 31-year-old Daniel R. Updegraff, whose address is listed as Radcliff.

Updegraff was armed and dangerous, according to Radcliff Police Chief Jeff Cross, and had last been seen Sunday morning walking in a Radcliff neighborhood.

He was wanted for probation violations stemming from kidnapping and failure to comply on criminal confinement and domestic battery charges.

Updegraff was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center as he awaits extradition to Indiana.
