Hardin Co. woman accused of defrauding Medicaid

A Hardin County woman has been accused of defrauding Medicaid.

Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron’s office announced that an investigation by the Office of Medicaid Fraud and Abuse Control resulted in the indictment of 40-year-old Heather Turner, of Vine Grove.

She was indicted on two counts of devising or engaging in a scheme to defraud the Kentucky Medical Assistance Program of $1,000 or more, and two counts of theft by deception of more than $1,000, and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

All are class D felonies.
