Kentucky State Police said an Owensboro man who escaped from the Daviess County Detention Center on Monday has been captured.
Police said 18-year-old Kaleb Gage Anderson was caught in Owensboro on Wednesday.
Investigators said Anderson jumped a fence while in a secure outdoor area and fled on foot at about 5:00 Monday night.
Anderson was arrested in October 2016 on several charges, including burglary, identity theft, receiving stolen property, forgery, possession of a controlled substance (meth), and several failure to appear charges.
According to authorities, he will likely be charged with escape. He has been re-lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
