Grief doesn’t only come after the death of a loved one.  Loss can be the loss of a job, a friendship, connection, routine, and so much more.  How do we handle grief?  Learn more about grief and how loss can affect your physical and mental health, and ways you can deal with and overcome some of those feelings. The Grayson County Extension Office will host a class on “Managing Self Care & Grief after Loss” on September 21^st at 1:00 p.m. at their office on 64 Quarry Road in Leitchfield. Class will be taught by Cabrina Buckman, Washington County Family and Consumer Science Extension Educator.  The class is free but please call (270) 259-3492 to register.
