A 2019 graduate of Grayson County High School has been killed in a car accident in Hardin County.
Dominic Hughes, 20, of Elizabethtown, was killed Friday night. The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office responded to the accident, but numerous attempts to reach Hardin County authorities regarding details of the incident have been unsuccessful.
Hughes was a musician while at GCHS, earning All-District Orchestra honors in violin in November 2018.
He also worked at Captain D’s in Leitchfield, and according to Hughes’ Facebook page, he worked at Steak n’ Shake in Elizabethtown beginning in September 2019.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Watson & Hunt Funeral Home.
