The free contest presented by the Public Trails Association of Grayson County is for youth and adults in our community for some great prizes! Submit by August 31st.
With users exploring the Taylor Fork Trail project, we know there are some amazing stories to be told and we want to hear them! The End of Summer Essay Contest is an opportunity for trail users young and old alike to share about their experiences on the Taylor Fork Trail and what the construction of this new trail has meant to them.
ESSAY CONTEST RULES & DETAILS:
1) Essay must be submitted electronically (Word Document) via email to Info@VisitGrayson.com.
2) Essays may be submitted through 11:59 PM on Monday, August 31st. A panel of Judges from the Public Trails Association of Grayson County Board will select the winners and announce them at the September Public Planning Meeting held on Wednesday, September 6th at 9 AM.
3) You may include ONE photo along with essay.
4) Essay should be no shorter than one page and no longer than three pages.
5) By submitting, you acknowledge may choose to share on website, social media, in grant applications, or through other outlet desired.
6) Contest open to ALL ages. Grayson County residency not required to win.
