Three Ohio County residents have been arrested on drug trafficking charges.
Ohio County Sheriff Tracy Beatty said a search warrant was obtained by his office for a residence on Palomino Ridge, about five miles north of Hartford, “based upon information and intelligence gathered by” the sheriff’s office.
Deputies and Kentucky State Police executed the warrant on Tuesday and located methamphetamine, marijuana, firearms, and drug paraphernalia.
Police arrested 38-year-old Carly Spangler, 35-year-old Jedd Green and 62-year-old Richard Stephens and charged each with trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), trafficking in marijuana, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
(UPDATE 10:15 a.m. — All three suspects are being held in the Grayson County Detention Center, as the Ohio County Detention Center is currently not accepting inmates due to COVID-19 issues)
