An Elizabethtown man has died after a head-on collision on a rural Hardin County roadway.
The accident happened Wednesday on Valley Creek Road, about 10 miles east of Elizabethtown, according to The News-Enterprise, when a Toyota Corolla, being driven by 65-year-old Randall Clark, crossed the center line in a curve and struck a Chevrolet truck head-on.
Clark was the only person in the Corolla, Hardin County Sheriff John Ward told the newspaper. He was transported to University of Louisville Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on Thursday.
Two people occupied the Chevy truck, with one passenger transported to Hardin Memorial Hospital.
