On Monday night, the Hart County Sheriff’s Office arrived at a residence on Cedar Hill Church Road, in Horse Cave, after receiving a complaint about drug activity at the home.
Upon arriving at the residence, police “gained probable cause” to obtain a search warrant for the property, according to the Hart County Sheriff’s Office. Upon execution of the warrant, authorities located over nine pounds of marijuana and $17,000 in cash.
Police arrested 24-year-old Nicholas Booher and 26-year-old Jared Booher, both of Horse Cave, and 25-year-old Katrianna Soto, of Greensburg, and charged each with trafficking in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The suspects are lodged in the Hart County Jail on $25,000 cash bonds.
The Munfordville Police Department and Kentucky State Police assisted at the scene.
