There will be a special called meeting of the Leitchfield City Council on Monday, June 25, 2018 at Leitchfield City Hall at 5:00 p.m.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the following:

• Call to order
• Pledge of Allegiance – Margaret Fey
• Public Hearing for possible use of Municipal Road Aid Funds for fiscal year 18-19
• Public Hearing regarding possible uses of Local Government Economic Assistance Fund (mineral Tax Return) for fiscal year 18-19
• Public Hearing for the adoption of the proposed municipal budget for fiscal year 18-19
• Second Reading of the 17-18 Amended Budget
• Second Reading of the 18-19 Proposed Budget
• Resolution authorizing Mayor Thomason to execute 18-19 Municipal Road Contract in the amount of $133,938.36
• Adjourn
