The Grayson County Extension Office will host a ” Re-Assess… Next Steps” class Wednesday, May 23rd at Noon at the Extension Office. The session is geared to be 30-45 minutes and is in conjunction with the Get Moving Grayson County program. Come discuss what your next steps might look like. You hopefully set some goals at beginning of program. Have you met those goals?  If so, need to re-think and set new ones. Learn how to set goals and make plan for what  next steps will be! The class is free and open to the public!
