The Grayson County Extension Office will host a “Walking with Music & Injury Prevention” class Monday, April 23rd at Noon at the Extension Office. The session is geared to be 30-45 minutes and is in conjunction with the Get Moving Grayson County program. Does walking with music prevent injury? Nope. But, walking with music can be very beneficial when done safely, and injury prevention is important when starting new physical routine. The class is free and open to the public! For those enrolled in Get Moving GC- if you attend 3 out of the 4 classes in series, you will be registered for additional prize! Advanced registration required by calling 270-259-3492.
