The Grayson County Historical Society will host Mark Twain: Going Up The Salt River, as presented by Monie Matthews, Saturday, March 10th at 2:00 pm. at the Jack Thomas House. Mr. Matthews will portray the writer Samuel Clemens as “Mark Twain.” He will reveal insight into Clemens connections to Kentucky and his name as well as his adventures in the Civil War. The event is free and open to the public. Please join for this entertaining and educational presentation. Refreshments will be served.
