The Barren County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help finding a man wanted for attempted murder.
Police said that at about 5:00 Saturday afternoon, an unnamed man arrived at TJ Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow suffering from several gunshot wounds. The victim’s wounds were non-life threatening and he was later released.
After speaking with the victim, the Sheriff’s Office obtained a warrant for attempted murder for the alleged shooter, 28-year-old Joshua D. Geralds, of Glasgow.
Anyone with information on the location of Geralds is asked to contact the Barren County Sheriff’s Office at 270-651-2771.
Geralds was indicted in September by the Barren County Grand Jury for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and domestic violence assault related to an incident in April.
