Grayson Co. man accused of exploiting an adult, forgery

A Grayson County man has been accused of exploiting an adult and forgery.

Barry T. Wilkerson, 50, was recently indicted by a Grayson County Grand Jury for knowingly exploiting an adult (more than $300) and second-degree forgery.

According to Kentucky Revised Statutes, a person is guilty of second-degree forgery when, with intent to defraud, deceive or injure another, he falsely makes, completes or alters a written instrument. The charge is a class D felony.

Exploiting an adult for more than $300 is a class C felony.

Wilkerson is being held in the Grayson County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond (50% cash).
