For now, though, here is a list of road closures, according to Grayson County Emergency Management:
Pleasant View Road (2300 block), Terry Higgs bridge, Pine Knob Road (2000 block), Barton Run Road (1220-1900 block), Old Fat Bruce Road, Bloomington Road (3500 block), Wilson Church Road (377), Dog Creek Road (2000 block), Richland Road (100 and 1800 blocks), Claggett Road (288), Hooper Barton Road (at the bridge), Caney Creek Road (4200 block), Mulberry Flats Road (1261), Bowling Green Road (at Edmonson Co. line), Mt. Zion Road (1367), and South Sadler Lane (1700 block).
If you are aware of a flooded roadway, please contact Grayson Co. Dispatch at 270-259-0303. And remember, “Don’t drown, turn around,” if you encounter flooding on a roadway.
