Kentucky State Police is shining a light on the disappearance of a Hopkins County man last seen delivering Easter baskets 28 years ago.
Charles C. Massey, 29 when he disappeared, went missing on March 30, 1997, in Madisonville.
“He was last seen delivering Easter baskets to individuals in the Madisonville area,” state police said.
Massey stands five feet, 11 inches tall and weighs about 175 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
