Kentucky State Police said troopers responded to the crash Friday morning at approximately 4:40 on Hwy 181, about one mile south of the Western Kentucky Parkway near Nebo.
State police said the initial investigation showed that 22-year-old Tyler A. Caple, of Cromwell, was driving a 2011 Buick Enclave south on Hwy 181 when Caple fell asleep.
