Gerald Roger Nowiski, age 83, of Leitchfield, passed away Saturday, (March 8, 2025) at Owensboro Health in Owensboro, KY. He was born on February 28, 1942 in Harbor Beach, MI.
He worked as a maintenance man doing various jobs on rentals. He was a craftsman who enjoyed making tables, cabinets, and several other furniture pieces. He was an avid deer hunter who took pride
in making deer jerky for him and friends. Gerald was a veteran of the United States Army.
He is survived by a host of friends including, Rick and Jackie Howard, Carter Sr. and Dolores Harrell, Carter Jr. and Laura Harrell, Kelvin and Josh Stanton, James Neighbors, Earl Stone and Ronald Coates.
He was preceded in death by two sons and special friends, Ollie Webb and Barbara Moore.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation was chosen.
