
Linda Kay Rager, 74, passed away peacefully on February 28,2025, at Baptist Health Hardin. She was born on September 6, 1950, in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Wilma and Edward Jecker, Sr.
She was a proud resident of Clarkson, Kentucky. She was married to James Rager on April 9, 1982, in Louisville, Kentucky. She worked as a packer operator at Phillip Morris USA for 27 years, the she retired and became a bus monitor for Grayson County Schools in 2012. Her family and cooking were her two biggest passions. Linda always had the ability to make everyone smile.
She is survived by her husband, James; brother, Edward V. Jecker (Mary), twin brother, Joseph Ray Jecker (Pauline); Her children, Melissa Arnold (Clifton), Michael Harman, Christopher Harman (Amanda); Her grandchildren, Lee (Katie), Porchia (John), Matthew (Rena), Adam (Rachel), Courtney (Kyle), Alexis and Timothy; fifteen great-grandchildren, Noah, Payton, Deliliah, Bentley, Emma, Carson, Elivia, Harlan, Keliegh, Ryder, Willa, Maliah, Cora, Oliver, and Logan; several nieces and nephews; and her best friend, Sharon Hayes.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilma and Edward Jecker, Sr.; Siblings, Betty Ann Sanders, Bonnie Jean Christian, Donald Lee Jecker, Marion Rae Hoiser, Fredrick Carl Jecker, William Authur Jecker.
Family, friends and others are invited to Leitchfield Funeral Home from 12:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Thursday, March 6, 2025, and again from 9:00 am until 12:30 pm on Friday, March 7, 2025.
Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, March 7, 2025 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Clarkson with Father Suneesh officiating.
