An elderly Hart County man has died in a crossover crash.
Kentucky State Police said troopers responded to the wreck Friday evening at approximately 6:00 in the 5200 block of South Dixie Highway (U.S. 31-W), between Munfordville and Horse Cave.
The state police investigation indicated that a 2013 Chevrolet Impala, being driven by 76-year-old James Rice, of Munfordville, was traveling north on Hwy 31-W when the vehicle crossed the center line and into the path of a 2000 Toyota Tundra, being driven by 64-year-old David Bradley, also of Munfordville.
Rice was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Hart County Coroner’s Office. Bradley was transported to University of Louisville Hospital.
The investigation is ongoing and being led by Trooper Landon Key.
