One man died and a teenager was airlifted following separate ATV crashes.
The first accident occurred on Thursday at noon on Hwy 192 in Laurel County when 25-year-old Charles E. King, of London, was traveling on an ATV when he crossed the center line and crashed head-on into an SUV pulling a trailer, according to media reports.
King was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The driver of the SUV, 69-year-old Monty Turner, of London, was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Then, on Saturday morning in Christian County, a 17-year-old girl was injured when a UTV rolled on top of her in a field off the 12000 block of Ovil Road, about 10 miles northeast of Hopkinsville, according to WKDZ.com.
The teenager was airlifted to a Nashville hospital.
A second injured individual was taken to a hospital by private means.
